About the Event
Exponentially advancing and disruptive technologies including cloud technology, advanced materials, autonomous and near-autonomous vehicles etc are leading to exponentially accelerating innovation. Connectivity and the power of computers fuels this rapid growth of new disruptive technologies that can have significant economic impacts. Early identification of potential environmental and other impacts of emerging technologies can also support environmental sustainability goals as these technologies are adopted.
Our Co-Founder Mariya Tarabanovska was joined by Lisa Ellman, Partner, Hogan Lovells; Felipe Varon, CEO, Varon Vehicles; Tom Davis, VP, Crown Consulting; Gretchen West, CEO, Scheibel Aircraft; Fred Judson, Director of Ohio UAS Center in a panel discussion moderated by Chris Fernando, Principal, QS-2. This session discussed emerging disruptive technologies and how they may affect long term sustainability in the aerospace sector with the focus on drones and UAM vehicles.
